Commercially Sterile Compressed Air For the Food Industry
Air is not as clean as it appears to be. Untreated compressed air contains many potentially harmful or dangerous contaminants which must be removed or reduced to acceptable levels in order to protect the consumer and provide a safe and cost effective production facility. Along with moisture and particulate matter, inlet air to a compressor generally carries 5 to 50 bacteria per ft. A 75 hp compressor with a capacity of 300 SCFM therefore takes in 100,000 to 1 million bacteria each hour. These bacteria get compressed along with the air and begin their journey through the compressed air system. Introducing this type of microbial contamination to food products is very risky and would be considered a lack of control by the facility. Understanding how to operationally the treatment of compressed air in a facility will ward off that risk.

The Parker Balston commercially sterile system is the perfect solution for any of your requirements for commercially sterile air. Available in both stainless steal and aluminum, the Balston filtration system offers you a rating of 0.01 microns at 99.999% efficiency along with a microbial barrier in the final stage.

The Fluke Ti400 infrared cameras is equipped with LaserSharp™ AutoFocus for perfectly focused images. Every. Single. Time. Every infrared camera user knows that focus is the single most important thing to ensure when conducting an infrared inspection. Without an in-focus image temperature measurements may not be accurate, sometimes by as much as 20 degrees, so it's much easier to miss a problem. LaserSharp auto focus tells you exactly where you are focusing. It uses a laser to calculate the distance to your target before it focuses. Place the red laser dot on the equipment you are inspecting, then pull and release the trigger for a perfect in-focus image.

Capture up to five additional measurements wirelessly.

A free firmware update to help find problems fast will allow you to capture up to 5 additional measurements by enabling the CNX™ Wireless system* on your thermal imager. These additional measurements help diagnose problems faster and provide additional data to create more comprehensive reports.

Field installable telephoto and wide angle lenses are available for added versatility for special applications and voice annotation makes pen and paper no longer necessary.

The SEM710 is the first of a new generation of head mounted temperature transmitters with a display, from Status Instruments.  It has been designed to accept most common temperature sensor inputs and provide the user with a standard two wire 4 to 20mA output signal.  Isolation is provided between input and output and all temperature ranges are linear to temperature.  The addition of a display provides the used with instant information of the loop condition at the point of measurement.

Designed for ease of use, our latest USB interface is fitted for quick and easy configuration.  Just connect a standard USB cable between the SEM710 and your PC.  Using our free configuration software, your PC will automatically upload the existing configuration data and guide you through any changes you wish to make.  To further help save time, the SEM710 does not need to be wired to a power supply during the configuration process, it is powered via the USB interface from your PC.

The Model DM640 Cap series is a line of battery powered temperature indicators which accept a Thermocouple DM640TC or RTD DM640P input depending on the model.  The face of the Cap houses a 4 digit LCD display.  The back contains the screw terminal connections, battery, and three push buttons used to program and calibrate the unit.

The unit is microprocessor based.  The sensor type is selected from a simple to use menu system which is navigated by the use of the three push buttons located on the rear of the display.  This feature enables the user to easily configure the device in the field without the use of any other equipment.  In the DM640P you can choose between Pt100 or Ni120 RTDs and in the DM640TC you can choose between K, J, T, R, S, E, L, N, and B thermocouples.  The menu also allows the user to select units (F or C), offset temperature, decimal point position, and password protection.

The entire assembly is sealed into a Cap that fits directly into our SCH Series of NEMA 4X and Explosion Proof housings.  Optional mounting kits are available for placement of the Cap into other style housings if needed.  Intrinsically Safe ATEX approved version is available.
